These terms apply to your use of yari.krd and the Yari games, operated by Zewatec AB, Sweden. By using Yari you agree to them.

Using Yari

You may use Yari for personal, non-commercial entertainment and learning. Do not misuse the service, for example by trying to disrupt it, access it in unauthorised ways, or copy its content in bulk.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Purchases and subscriptions

Prices and what each purchase includes are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Content

Game content, branding and software belong to Zewatec AB or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Song titles, artist names and short lyric excerpts are used to identify songs in a quiz; the underlying works belong to their respective rights holders. Rights holders can contact us at [email protected].

We work to keep words, translations, song details and lyric lines accurate, but mistakes can happen. Please report them so we can fix them.

Availability and liability

Yari is provided “as is”. We may change, add or remove features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Zewatec AB is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
